After working hard on some of the main features in the last couple of weeks, we are releasing the new version of Business Software Advanta Witty ERP Update 6.0.31. We have improved the Batch wise Detail Feature, Item Classification Feature, Inventory Vouchers, Trading Excise Feature and Punjab VAT Reports. Along with it, we fixed some known issues.

Following are the main attractions of new release of Small Business Account Software:
- Improved Punjab VAT Form 15, Form 16, Form 17 , Form 20, Form 23, Form 31, Form 32 and CST Form 1 in business accounting software. Surcharge Amount will also reflect along with VAT Amount as per Government Notification.
- Improved Tamilnadu VAT. Updated Annexure I and Annexure II as per Government Notification. Two Columns are added for Invoice Number and Invoice Date.
- Improved Backup and Restore Utility for Multi-User Installation. Now to Backup or Restore will be much faster for SQL Server. Users having SQL Server will have the option to take Backup for restoring in SQL Server or MS Access.
- Improved Punjab VAT Form 15, Form 17 and Form 24. The value of Purchase under section 19 & 20 will not include the value of Tax-Free Items. To Exclude Item from Purchase Tax, the value of option ‘Purchase Tax Payable’ in Inventory Item Master Should be N.
- Improved Punjab VAT Form 15. Added Extra Row for Surcharge in Worksheet as per e-Filing template.
- Improved Speed of Inventory Vouchers.
- Added a Utility to Merge One Ledger to Another. All Transactions of Source Ledger will be transferred to Target Ledger.
- Improved Barcode Feature. Now User can manually enter Barcode number of items. Previously it was calculated automatically.
- Improved Inventory Voucher. Updated Tax Summary as per New Tax Class Structure. One can view Tax Summary before Saving Voucher.
- Improved VAT Inclusive Calculations. If any Tax/Discount imposed before VAT Inclusive and Surcharge, then the calculation of VAT Amount was being calculated wrong. Now Issue has been solved.
- Improved Rajasthan VAT. Added 5% and 14% Tax Classes for Sale and Purchase as per Government Notification.
- Added New Feature to Calculate Reverse Free Quantity. Added an Option in Feature and Options to Use Reverse Free Quantity Calculation. On Basis of this Option, a new Transaction will appear in Inventory Master to Configure the Structure of Free Quantity.
- Improved Price Structure. Added a Button to Copy Price Structure to other Party/Item/Party Group/Item Group. If Price Structure is Selected as Party wise Item wise then ‘Load Rate’ Button will appear to Load Rates to Items From Item Masters.
- Improved Rajasthan VAT. Added 5% and 14% Tax Classes for Sale and Purchase as per Government Notification.
