We were working to add new features in School Management Software India Advanta Rapid ERP Update 4.3.50. We have fixed couple of issues and add new features in this release.

Following are the major attractions of this release:
- Added New Report for Advance School Fee Received. Added a report to display the total amount of advanced fees received for the next session. This amount can be then transferred from “Fee Received A/c” to “Advanced Fee A/c” by making a Journal entry. Then the advanced received fee amount will show as an opening amount in next financial year.
- Added Head wise option in Due Fees Slips. Now you can find all the different Fee Heads in the Due Fees Slips. To avail this feature you have to go to Utilities>Certificate/Letters/Forms and click on the Print Others tab. There this Head wise Detail option is mentioned. By default, it is ‘N’ if you change it to ‘Y’ then this field would be activated. Now when you take the Due Fees Slips print, all the Head wise Fees appear.
- Added Serial Number in Report Designer. Now you can show the serial number in the reports generated by Report Designer for this school management software. You have to go to Utilities>Report Designer. After clicking on Report Designer you can create New or Edit from there. When you press the “Edit” or “New” Button you can find a field of ‘Show Sr. No.’ By default it is ‘N’ if you change it into ‘Y’ by double clicking, it would then reflect the Serial Number automatically in all the reports.
- Improved Printing of Report Designer. Now you get a much improved and clear printing of all your Reports, in this new version.
- Showing Current Assets Ledgers in Fees Heads. Now the current assets ledger are showing while the creating of Fees Heads. You have to go to Master>Fees> Fee Heads. After clicking on Fees Heads when you create New or Edit from there. Now in the Fees, Heads Current Assets are also shown as well.
